Kids are the Paparazzi?

I recently read an article titled Just One More Before Bedtime! This article is about two young teens who have been spending late nights out around Los Angeles looking for celebrities, so they can photograph them. The 15 year old Blaine Hewison and his 14 year old friend Austin Visschedyk have found taking pictures of celebrities quite entertaining and have concluded that they can profit off of the photographs. These two teens are so serious about this that Blaine actually has his own photography company, which is called Pint Sized Paparazzi. Austin has been payed for photos he has sold to The Daily News, and OK! magazine, and Blaine recently was paid $500 for a picture of Britney Spears.

I found this article interesting because I never would have thought a picture I saw in a magazine was taken from a 14 or 15-year-old kid. I can’ t believe these kids are out there taken these photographs after so many stories have been told and seen of paparazzi getting abused by celebrities. In fact Austin and Blaine have said they have been attacked. Austin has said that he has had his camera ripped out of his hands by singer Erykah Badu and Blaine has been pushed to the ground by a bouncer.

Today I have learned that paparazzi are not a job not only for adults, but also unfortunately for innocent kids with a hobby. I believe this job is NOT fit for kids. What do you think?
